Brad Mazarin

I grew up in Rockland County, New York, where I graduated from Clarkstown North High School. I hold a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law. As a criminal defense lawyer, I constantly strive to improve my trial skills. I am a member of several bar associations and take numerous continuing legal education courses in my practice area. A few of the professional organizations to which I belong are the New York State Defenders Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National College of DUI Defense. I focus on DWI defense, and as a lawyer defending drunk driving cases, I find it critical to understand the latest science involving breath and blood testing and I study extensively in this area. I am proud to defend individuals charged with driving while intoxicated since I can think of no other area of law where individual's constitutional rights are so routinely violated. I find defending people accused of DWI as well as of other crimes to be extremely rewarding work and I care deeply about the people who trust me to help them with such a serious problem. Outside of my office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and some good friends. I also enjoy reading, golf, and cooking.
